Hi Tariq,

Please check the following -

Is the Java system correctly configured in SLD & pushing current data to SLD periodically.

This usually deals with RFC(s) SLD_DataSupplier & SLD_Client, followed by manual collect & send data.

Check in LMDB, that correct entries are maintained for hostname & FQDN for this server's database host (might be an issue if entry was manually created).

Also check if the verification check of the Product System in LMDB is green.

Also check if correct time zone settings are maintained (using transaction STZAC iff this server has an ABAP stack as well).

Also as highlighted in the logs, did you get a chance to view below SAP Note -

1647267 - Solution Manager adaptation to Java UME security

Regarding SMD agent, it is always recommended to use the latest version. After installation, you would need to register the same in SLD & with SolMan system using below SAP Notes -

1913837 - How to connect Diagnostics Agent to SLD by using smdsetup script

1907909 - How to connect Diagnostics Agent to Solution Manager system directly by using smdsetup scr...

Try these & check if there is any change to the error.

Hello Tanmeya,

Thanks for your suggestion, I have reviewed your suggestions in detail.

SLD is correctly configured. LMDB contains FQDN's. Verification is successful. I have reviewed notes 1647267.

I am getting the same errors. I would most appreciate any further suggestions.

Thanks

Tariq

Hi Tariq,

Can you please check & share the status of "Step 6. Enter Landscape Parameters" in Managed System configuration for system SPP.

Also please specify ST level of your Solution Manager.

Best Regards,

Tanmeya

Hi Tariq,

Fills all the relevant information for this technical system in LMDB, then check again.

Hi Tariq,

Can you uncheck "check existence of path when saving" as per above screen-shot?

Click save, and continue in Edit mode till the step you receive error.

Then retry to check if error exists.

Best Regards,

Hi Tariq,

Update the latest CIM data and CR content in the SLD and re-synchronize the details to SLD and check it.

or

Re synchronize the LMDB details from SLD using below report in solman system and check it,

SE38-> RLMDB_SYNC_TECHNICAL_SYSTEM

Karthik
