Finally I could solve the issue. I logged off the application and then went back in. After that the lock entry seems to be gone. Formerly I had just closed the internet explorer window and went back in, without actively logging out. That seems to hold the session and would also keep the lock entries.

you can check in SM12 by entering user id . the system will show all locked entries for user .

@Mukesh this SCN Community for Cloud for Travel & Expense (CfTE).
Udo attached the screenshot for CfTE UI for which backend can be accessed by SAP only.
So SM12 T-Code cannot be executed by end user.
