Trip schema and provision variant

Hi,

We have employees from below mentioned countries in scope who will request for a travel and later expense approval with auto perdiem calculation.

All of them have a fixed rule for reimbursement which is hour based.

Upto 3 Hrs- 0

Upto 6 Hrs- ¼ perdiem

Upto 12 Hrs- ½ perdiem

Upto 24 Hrs  full perdiem

My question is for some of the countries from the list below, SAP has provided provision variant and so the travel schema.

Q1) Can I use travel schema and provision variant as it is

Q2) Countries for which SAP has not provided Provision variant and schema, what is to be done.

Switzerland

Japan

China

Lithuania

Germany

Netherlands

Estonia

Poland

Spain

Russia

France

Singapore

United Kingdom

Thailand

Greece

USA

Q1) yes but you have check customizing as this trip provision variants are templates

Q2) check first client 000 if there is something for your country. If not you should use the global template and copy via "RPRMORDE" report to an own trip provision variant. For details check F1 help in TPV field
