How to delete role assignment of business partner

How can I delete/Add role assignment for BP in BUT100 table. I tried BUPA_ROLE_REMOVE it is not working.

Please see in the IMG in the path Cross-Application Components

-> SAP Business Partner -> Business Partner -> Basic Settings

-> Business Partner Roles,

-> Document "Concept of Business Partner Roles"

for generall information on the concept.
