Order confirmation error in CO14

Hi,

I have done the order confirmation using co11n, but i am unable to see the confirmation of the respective order in CO14, error message is no record found, also i check SE16 AFRU but there is also no entries. However i can see cnf status in order.

Can anyone suggest me whats may be the reason.

please contact your basis guys... it may be a basis issue.

just in case - have you got a runtime error? check ST22

also make sure your authorizations are correct. on CO11N screen run /NSU53 and if you get any objects - contact your sap security guy.

Checked COGI as well but no error is there.

please check running t-code COGI. analyse the error text and re-process your item. make sure it's gone from COGI.

then get it in CO14.
