SuccessFactors Integration with Other systems.

Hi Experts,

Can anybbody has any idea on this.

If a client all ready has any other HR system in place & wants to go for any specific SuccessFactors application, Can we implement SuccessFactors applicatios.e.g Performance Managemnt or could be anyother with any other HR Software/Solution e.g PeopleSoft or it should only go with SAP.

SuccessFactors can integrate with any HRIS - there is no dependency on SAP. However, SAP is the only HRIS for which there is pre-packaged integration content. Any other HRIS requires the integration to be built from scratch.
