How to release WeService when transported from one environment to other env

I have one Function Module for which I have made its WebService. Now I have transported this Function Module and WebSerice from one environment to other environment. I am able to see this Function Module in other environment but not able to see the Webservice when I use Tx wsadmin.

When I use wsconfig I am able to see my WebService but not able to release it.

So how can I release and use this Webservice.

goto wsconfig and you have option to release it . use that option.
