Vendor Portal not Opening

Hello Experts

We are using SAP Sourcing 7.0  .Recently upgraded to SP 09 .  After upgrade , We are finding that vendor portal is not opening (showing - E-Sourcing can not display this page ) . We checked the cluster , directory configuration and all seem to be okay .

However , Every time I try to open the vendor portal , I can see one error in the NWA log -

;Unexpected error while checking for new triggers.
com.sap.odp.api.common.exception.DatabaseException: Database error: ORA-01878: specified field not found in datetime or interval
. Contact your system administrator.
AssociatedAttribute=STANDARD_ATTRIBUTE_ID - com.sap.odp.api.common.exception.DatabaseException: Database error: ORA-01878: specified field not found in datetime or interval

Can someone please throw any light on this ?

At first glance this would seem to indicate something went slightly wrong in the upgrade. were all the upgrade steps successful? mainly the upgrade _schema and upgrade_data scripts? We may have to get a copy of your upgrade logs and the subsequent application log when the application starts.
