Best Practices in Mining Scenario Activation error

Hello I hope I have posted this in the correct area.

I have an error loading the Best Practices for Mining ERP606 (AUSTRALIA)

When activating the scenarios I get an error message.

Start  activation eCATT:    /SMB99/CHARACTERISTIC_O209_J01
        Not activated - error
        Success: 00000  Errors: 00003  eCATT Procedure Serial Number: 0000000261
        End of activation eCATT:    /SMB99/CHARACTERISTIC_O209_J01

Any help would be great. I'm new to SAP and have zero idea how to solve this error.

Can I ask one other question.

As I mentioned I am new to SAP but have had experience in the mining industry using other systems. I was a Plant Mechanic but an accident left me a quadriplegic so my employment route has changed somewhat and I am excited now about learning SAP PM. I would love to to talk to someone about all things SAP to make sure I am on the right path is there anyone you could suggest in Sydney.
