Sap Syclo Agentry Application Network Issue .

Hello All , My customer is using 300+ user and network is bit slow . So , I could not figure it out how much bandwidth they required ? Because they are using wifi external and 3G or 4G . But it seems like through wifi its working very fine but 3G and 4G its very slow . Can you please provide suggestion ? What are the changes need to do in network or firewall part ? Are you uploading files while connected to the cellular connection?

Hello Steve , the size will be min 5 kb to 2.5 mb for 300+ user . and they are using 3G or 4G LTE Can you please suggest ? is there any way to improve network through FI settings ? Thanks & Regards, Kunal Varaiya

if you are using iOS please make sure you are using 6.0.40.1 because before that version the iOS clients would double the image size on the when sending it to the server:

Just to make sure is there a " network issue" or " network performance issue"

You can user the Messages.log file to see how much data the Agentry Server and Client are sending each other. Messages.log File

Hello Steve , There is network performance issue . is there any standard prerequisites for running SAP Syclo Agentry application in network  part ? like they provided in Hardware configuration . Thanks & Regards, Kunal Varaiya
