Hi,
If I have 2 ECCs in my landscape and want to replicate them into HANA, what would be the best strategy?
For ex. MARA table will be there in both of them.
I was thinking of having one schema and one table taking in data from both systems.
I'll add a field called source system ID in as an extra field in the incoming tables through the SLT Transformations TCODE...
That way I can put all data from both systems into one table and still track where it came from.
Same way the 0SOURCESYSTEM compounding works in BW ..
What do you guys think? Please suggest a better alternate if you can...
Thanks,
Shyam

Hi Michael,
Thanks for the link but that article ends where my question begins..The schema part is fine.
My question is on the consolidation of data from the same table existing in multiple source systems.
The approach I can think of is what I had mentioned above. I want someone to point out if any loopholes exist in this approach... or if possible recommend a better approach..
Thanks..
