Scheduled for Delivery

Hi All,

A delivery was created on 07.05.2012 but PGI has not been done.

The shipment has been created and the shipment cost has been created thereafter.

But since PGI has not been done the quantity has been lying in sched for delivery and the batch has not been specified in the delivery even though the material is batch managed.Now when I try to do PGI the system is displaying message(error)VL605.

How can I remove the stock from sched. for delivery without reversing the shipment or shipment cost and can batch be redetermined during PGI .

Someone please advise

the stock is removed from scheduled for delivery after goods issue or with deletion of the delivery.

The error message says that you have not specified a batch, so you missed probably the picking step.

I dont think that you can correct the situation without reversing the shipment

I don't think this issue can be resolved since subsequent documents have been created.

How you done shipment cost settlement without doing PGI.If you are settled then do PGI to clear the stock.Do the picking as Jurgen said and do PGI solves your problem.

did you check by changing the Actual GI date in the Delivery
