Greetings... I have a cycle count question regarding T-Code MI07 or MI20 (Post Differences). Can specific users be granted authorized dollar limits to perform this transaction? or is it an All or None authorization...?

Yes you can. Please check the customizing
SPRO>Materials Management>Inventory Management>Physical Inventory> Define tolerances for physical inventory differences
there you can maintain tolerance group per company code and then assign users to it.
