Solman 7.1 SUm Upgrade Stuck at preprocessing

Hello,

Error occured during MAIN_SHDIMP/SUBMOD_SHDALIASCRE/PSCRGEN_GRANT! . Tried NOTE 1563660 but didnt help that.But I tried this note in original system. Do I need to do these steps in shadow systems ?.

Shadow system is showing down as well now.

Error :

Severe error(s) occurred in phase MAIN_SHDIMP/SUBMOD_SHDALIASCRE/PSCRGEN_GRANT!    

       Last error code set: Cannot remove 'H:\usr\sap\SOL\SUM\abap\log\SQLGENGR.LOG': The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. <br/>    

        A trouble ticket and an archive with all relevant log files have been generated.

Just restarted the system and its running fine now.

Just do the full restart the system and then try again in the same phase

Hi Raghu,

Just check with the below steps

1. stop the SUM tool

2. log off from the system and log in.

3. Log in to the system

4. start the SUM tool
