Hi gurus,

How can I create a new department in SD item. pls update me the menu path or the t code.

Please go through this Blog before somebody ask you to provide further details

For information, there is no concept called Department in SD but Sales Office is there.  For more details, search the forum.

I found it.

in VA01 it shows as department, but it is actually price groups

the MENU path for it is

SPRO > SD > Basic fuction > Pricing > Maintain price relevant Master data field >  Define pricing groups for customers

You should also read F1 help document of that field in VA01 and in IMG as well.
