Hello,
We upgraded to Personas 2.0 SP02 and now when trying to loving receive the 'problem with network connectivity' error. We had no issues logging in on SP01. I checked through the configuration and everything has remained the same. Restgui tests successfully and both XML files are reachable. I've also checked that user authorization has remained the same.
Getting the below HTTP 500 error:
"9/5/2014 01:58:00,515311 ERROR Sap.Imagineering.Personas.Common.Utils.<>c__DisplayClass6-><GetResponse>b__5 -
[HttpWebRequest_WebException_RemoteServer]
Arguments: NotFound
In ST22 we are now getting:

The reason for the exception is:
You are trying to access a component with a 'ZERO' object refere

An object reference must point to an object (an instance of a cl

Defining a whitelisted URL in [SPRO > ... > SAP Screen Personas > Maintain Whitelist URLs] should mostly help in resolving the issue.

Have you created the RFC as described in Configuration Guide SP02 page 17?:
Then you should assgn this RFC to your system in
SPRO -> SAP Customizing Implementation Guide -> Cross-
Application Components -> SAP Screen Personas -> Maintain Systems
Hi, John and Daniel.
I had already Create RFC connection type H.
But I'm not sure that the name is correct or not. I named 'System-ID + Client' like 'XXXClent100'.
My customer has an issue that it does not get the user proflie after login.
So it would be another type issue, that is, it might be A SSO setting issue.
But I tried the some solution semiler that.
Thanks.
Hiroya
Hi John,
You can now implement the note 2016378 to resolve this issue.
cheers

Hi John,
Can you check if there are any error in the result of configuration check tool?
You can go to
/n/persos/admin_ui ->Tools -> Configuration Check
and expand all nodes and see.

We're on Kernel: 741 patch 27
I noticed from: Configuration Check - SAP Screen Personas - SAP Library
It lists 'unable to determine' possible causes as:
Could be due to the following reasons
Refer to the Configuration guide to rectify
I did not have an RFC set in 'HTTP Connection'
I created a connection type H RFC, however I couldn't find any mention of it in the Configuration guide so I'm unsure exactly how to configure it. Specifically for the Path Prefix.
