Characteristic value not appearing correct in first time alert Display .

Hello Experts ,

Characteristic value not appearing correct in the alert first time alerts are displayed but displays correct when refreshed.

Planning job for alert runs at a Characteristic level Customer, product,plant . Customer has a navigational attribute called Region. We made customization to show the Region value along with the Customer in the alert.

Issue is that when we display the alerts for first time from AMON1 values for Customer are coming as last 2 digits of true value.For e.g if the customer has value like 987345 , only the value for 45 comes up. once we refresh we see the complete value 987345.
see column Final External Customer below . The first time value comes as 17 , 39 etc..

After Refreshing the correct values appears in alert monitor profile .

Hi Sesh,

both images are equal. Never happened to me, but if it really is showing only two digits try to create a new macro and maybe a new alert profile and test it to see if behaviour is replicated.

If so, I think you should contact SAP support.
