Hi Experts,
I am using SPM 3.0 SP3. I have done all the standard Configurations per the published SPM Guide.
I am not able to figure out why the Scheduler Administration is not working. The Status always is STOPPED.

Hi John,
Thank your for your reply. None of the notes could help to resolve my issue.
In the Scheduler Administration option, the START/STOP buttons are disabled. The Scheduler status is STOPPED. I can change the execution date and time and save the changes. Nothing really happens though.
Is there any services that i need to check? Any job that should be monitored?
