CTS+ configuration issue PI 7.31

Hello All,

I have configured CTS+ in Solman for PI 7.31 (Dev >> QAS), Export from Dev to solman is working fine & I am unable to import from Solman to QAS.

Does same /usr/sap/trans should be shared between DEV,SolMan & QAS?

Please help me with this configuration
