Account Assignment not visible in SC but exists in BBP_PD

Hi

I can see 2 lines of account assignment for my SC and PO when I check in BBP_PD but it is not visible on Portal.

Both are Cost center which is standard account assignment category codes.

Are the account categories assigned to the user who is viewing the cart in PPOMA_BBP?
