Insp.lot stock posting through QA11 is done but material doc does not exist in tables

Dear Experts,

This issue is related to inspection lot stock posting through usage decision.

The user has done posting in QA11-Usage Decision for 105 Qty to Scrap twice (Document no. 4909089699 and 4909089703 as shown in screenshot).

The document 4909089703 has posted successfully but the document 4909089699 is not available in MB51 and any related tables (MSEG, QAMB etc.) and the stock 105 qty is still in QI stock.

1) Now the user wants to post the 105 Qty in QI stock to Unrestricted. How can this be done?

2) How is this possible that the document details is shown in Usage decision ->stock posting log but dint get updated anywhere else?

I have found that when this happens, you typically have a discrepancy between QM and IM.  Having a missing material document as you describe seems to be a symptom of the problem.

Have you run the QM discrepancy report?  Program ZQEVAC20

Try running that report.

Hi Prashant,

It sounds strange that same inspection lot has been made UD twice. Possibly he might have done for different Inspection Lots. While checking tables if you are querying by Inspection lot, do not do that.

Another thing to understand is when UD made successfully for 105 Qty, why this is not appearing in UnRestricted stock. Some communication gap is there.

As a last resort, you may need to cancel the UD by using program RQEVAC50  through SE38. And cancel the documents through MBST
