Explanation text in Payment term obb8

Hi ,

I have created a new payment term II50 - payable in 2 installments ,  50% in advance and balance in 15 days after invoice.

How should I add text in the explanation field in OBB8 ?? This text field is not enabled . screenshot attached.

Don't provide any text in "Own explanation". Means keep that as blank in main Payment Term II50.

In that case,

In explanation of main payment term, you will get:

1. Sales text

2. 1st installment payment term text

3. 2nd installment payment term text
