Failed to connect to backend system.

Hello,

When i try to connect one of our system SAP ( CPD, CED ...) from Visual Composer, i get the error message :

[Message Application Error: Failed to connect to backend

system. Check your system definition and user privileges.]

The user privileges are OK and nothing seems wrong.

Any suggestions to solve this problem..

The connection portal is OK, and when i answer yes to the message i can continue my request.

When i get the error message

So I guess you talk about runtime, not design time, correct?

Which user do you use for the connection test? The same you use to access the VC application?

The user i use for the connetion test is different than the user i use to access the VC application.

and yes, i get the message on the runtime.

I guess there is no user mapping entered for your user. Or there is some other issue with SSO for your user. As the connection test itself is fine with a different user you should test it again with yours. So: check your user mapping / logon ticket /whatever you use.
