Problem while printing voucher

Hi,

Please tell me the solution........

The problem is...when I print voucher....it is not showing name of customer....not even in print-preview.

for example........if the entry is  ...

Rohan a/c  dr...........100

     To xyz a/c     ............100

it is only showing....

.........a/c dr.          100

     To xyz a/c........100

Could you pls tell me the solution????  Is there any settings for printer???

Hello Sudarshan,

You need to check the form setting.
If it is already wrong in print preview, the issue cannot be resovled by changing the settings for printer.

It should not be a printer issue as the problem is the same on print preview.

I think you have to check this with the developer of the form(smartform or sapscript?).
