Print delivery note @ PGI from Shipment completion

Hi Friends,

I have a project requirement to print the delivery note @ PGI, and PGI is from shipment document on shipment completion button.

Actions I did:

Had a new output type, new access sequence, new table.

Used requirement routine "1" in the output procedure.

Maintained the records with Date/time=4. Output device is maintained with print immediate on.

Issue:

When I do Shipment completion it does PGI, but not assignes delivery output.But when I go to change mode of delivery after PGI, then it assigns and on Save it triggers the output.

Advise needed:

Am I missing any thing !!!!, so that soon after I press shipment completion, I need to see a delivery note print. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I'm assuming you missed to maintain below setting in activity profile for shipment.

print output after save option-->Message about delivery

Select the delivery check box and maintain the output type with correct transmission medium and processing mode.
