GRC SLA Configuration

HI everyone:

I am on GRC 10.0.   I am trying to configure GRC SLA's for Access Requests.   I am in the SPRO ~ Access Control ~ User Provisioning ~ Maintain Service level ageements area.

The table was pre-populated with 9 SLA IDs.

I wanted to create a few "new" SLAs for access requests.

When I go to creat new line item with the SAP_GRAC_ACCESS_REQUEST   MSMP Process ID, and try to save it, it says "Entry already exists with the same process ID".

Can anyone offer some assistance on what I am missing?  We are trying to configure 4 SLAs for our access requests:

1.  Critical  1 day

2.  High 2 days

3.  Medium 5 days

4.  Low 15 days

Hi Margaret,

Please choose SLA Type= Formula and create multiple SLA for same process ID's.
