BI portal hyperlinks problem

Hello,

We are using BI portal, but hyper-links don't work in some circumstances.

It happens under Win 7 + IE 9 PCs and it seems this comes from javascript movement.

Please see the attached file for details.

Maybe this is affected IE or PC environmental settings, but we can't find the way fix this problem.

We have not got answers from OSS.

It would be very helpful if someone who faced with similar situation could tell us the clues to fix it.

Have you restarted J2EE engine to see the change in behavior.

Also cross check the way you published those links on Portal and compare with the right ones. Hope this gives an idea...

I had faced issue when integrated with sharepoint. It could be COOKIE size issue. Use fiddler to check the COOKIE size. If I remember correctly, if it exceeds morethan 4800 characters, then it fails. (I am not talking about URL char length).
