ESS request error

Hi ,

for it declaration workflow , when the employee enters the proposed amount and sends the request the approver receives the request but no data is displaying ..

for the same request when we click on edit button and send once again the request is gng with data to the approver ..

one more thing , emp enters the data and save it as draft , then after he sends the draft the request is going to the approver with the data ..

please suggest me are not getting , every thing is fine from workflow side and portal side

we are not getting how to solve this ...

Save Draft function is not working properly, we also faced same issue. We have not given option for that and hide that button.

Once employee creates the request it should send with out saving into Draft.

here when emp clicks on send button workflow triggering and request is went to approver no data , again when we selects the above requests clicks on edit button then send the same request , nw also workflow triggers and send to the approver with data ...

in workflow log , it is triggering two times with same request one with data and other without data ..

No it should not happen, may be employee has just clicked on create and click on save and send button first time.

Then later that same request might have changed and re-send.

Re-check the scenario once again.

hi ,

here i am explaining how we are creating ..

emp first clicks on section 80 deductions and enters the proposed amount then we have three buttons send , save as draft and cancel .. here we click on send the req is created with some num say' 123' ,

nw workflow is trigged based on logic in badi it is gng to the approver but no data is displayed ..

again when we open the same req '123' and click on edit button , send the request once again ..

nw the workflow again triggers with the same req no '123'  with data , then in approver inbox select the req and clicks on edit button and approved it then after opens the review and clicks on send button...

now the req is in completed status in workflow log ...
