Rebate agreement extension issue.

Hi,

We are trying to extend the rebate agreements to period 1 '2014 ( 1st April 2014 to 3rd May'2014) using t.code VB(D, however the same is not getting extended as no entries are available for the same in KONA table.  We have already extended the agreement calender to 31st March 2015. The rebate agreement got extended without any problem till 31st March 2014.

I am not sure what exactly your issue is from your above comments.  When you say, you had extended till March'14, I dont understand the other two statements.  Please explain with screen shots if possible for better understanding.

The rebate agreements get extended every month for the current period using VB(D. But for April, we can't extend the agreement even though the rebate calender is extended till March 2015.

When we run VB(D, its showing old agreement's with validity period of 2011 and 2012.

Which Agreement calendar you are using in VB(D?

The same which is maintained in agreement type.

Then check in TCode SFT3, whether that Calendar has validity for year 2014 & 2015?

In addition to that make sure you have proper/relevant "Max. no. of periods" in Control Data section of TCode VB(D.

Thanks. I checked the Tcode SFT3, Calender is showing valid from 2007 to 2015.

Moreover, we are running VB(D with "Max. no. of periods" as 1.

But still the agreements are not extending.

You should have following data in selection parameter, say,

Agreement calendar - AJ

Validity end date - 05/07/2014 to 05/31/2014

Then your input for Max. no. of periods ought be 5 if you want to extend that to May 2015.
