How to copy CJ40 wbs values to CJ30

  Dear Experts,

My cost Planning values for WBS same as budgeting.

How can I transfer my plan values from T-code CJ40 to T-code CJ30.

Hi,

CJ30->Open Project->Select the required WBS elements->Menu bar->Edit->Copy View->Select Option 5(Planned Total)->Give 100 if asked for percentage->click on continue icon.

Check if your Planned values will get copied to Original Budget. Then select Budget column->Edit->total up->save.

Also you can use IMCCP3 tranx to copy plan values as suggested above.

There is T-code IMCCP3, it works as transfer Planning cost of CJ40 to budget in CJ30.

You can use transaction IMCCP3 to transfer plan to Project budget.

Hi Pawan,

You can copy the Cost Plan of CJ40 in to Budget CJ30,

Go to CJ30, open Project,

Select all WBS -> go to menu option -> Edit -click on Copy View - Select Planned Total

Maintained Percentage if required

This will copy the Cost Plan Value in Budget.
