CRM CLOUD BROADCAST - ERROR
While trying out Broadcast feature - I ran into following error:- Please refer to the attachment:
- S/MIME identity without logical name "DONOTREPLY@TPCUS.COM" does not exist.
- Signing Error: S/MIME without logical name "DONOTREPLY@TPCUS.COM" does not exist.
- Signing mail failed - no valid certification for sender address?
Please guide how to resolve the same.
It sounds like the easiest solution could be disabling S/MIME.
You can do it from Administrator -> Quick Tasks (all the way to the right) -> Configure S/MIME.
From there go to the 3rd tab, "Activate S/MIME", and uncheck everything.
Then try again sending the email.
