hana client installed

Hi Folks,

I have a basic doubt, suppose we have a hana box which we have to support, how do we know what all components have been installed.

Usually i used to get the output from hdbinst or hdbsetup where it lists all the components installed.

I don't get your early. I thought you want to view hana services.

If you want to know how hdbclient is installed, you can refer to below:

if you want to know is hdbclient installed, you can perform a search "hdbclient" or run the hana client hdbsetup

HI Chang,

My query is simple you have got an appliance from a x vendor, now in order to check do we have to every time run hdbsetup.

There is no menu path in studio where it shows up as hana studio?

hdbsetup wouldnt be a feasible solution right, every time i cannot launch the installer to detect the components installed.
