Dependencies Un-assigned from BOM items

Hi,

Background:

Our Client uses SAP VC in ECC and have SAP CRM implemented. Run time verisions of KB's are generated everytime there is a change in VC objects in ECC.

Issue:

We have a scenario where, the business users have deleted a few components that were part of a BOM in ECC due to business requirements. Due to a few subsequent issues they have reverted back by inserting the same components in the BOM. In this entire process, the depencies which were assigned initially to the BOM components were lost.

Looking : for any pointers to obtain change logs in SAP or methods to compare last two runtime versions of the KB's (to identify specific dependencies that got un-assigned from the BOM components).

I am not much famaliar with KB's , but it sounds like you want to reterive information on dependencies attached in BOM , if you are using ECM with date effectivity you can display BOM with dates in past and see the dependencies attahced to the positions in question.

same dependecnies can be once again attached to BOM and new KB;s can be created.
