GRC 10 -PC - Not showing Regulations for Control Design Assement in Planner

Hi Experts,

I need very urgent help from you guies,

Point 1. I am training to do the Survey for Control Desing Assesment .

     --Created Survey for Control Design

     --Created Questions for Control Design

Then i created planner

Planner under Assessment Planning in the Assessments work center

     created Planner

     Enter Planner Name : ABC

     Select Plan Activity :Perform Control Design Assessment from drop down list

     It display my Survey Templet name and selected the same as previously created one

and then specified  Due Date xxxxx

then i click on Next button

Select Regulation screen is displaying ..

hear is the Issue

I am not able to find the Regulations in this screen..

But i checked in SPRO..all regulations are mapped to Perform Control Design Assessment

So what is the path forward for this..please help me.

Could you please check  the node "Relate Regulation to Plan Usage" in SPRO ?

In this Customizing activity, you assign specific plan usages to specific regulations.

--->Already Assign specif plan to usages to specific regulations for Ref Please see the below info

PERF-CDASS--->SOX

PERF-CDASS --->ZINTERNAL_CONTROLS

PERF-CDASS-->ZSOD

As Naveen Discussed on above What Role should required to assign in Org level ,can you please specify the roles,So that i can recheck it.

please let me know for path forward.

Please share the screenshot of your organisation. Regulation tab and roles tab.

you need to maintain regulations in Organisation.

Dear Suresh,

You can check the role you should assign to org unit level on security guide.(SPRO-->GRC-->Process Control-->Autherizations-->Maintain Regulation Role)

One more doubt: You created the regulation on NWBC?

First you configure and create the regulation on SPRO, after thart , you need create thru the NWBC. When you create thru NWBC pay attention to set the time frame .

A few questions:

1> Is this happening only for CDA or also for CSA or other assessments?

2> Is the regulation dropdown coming empty or the step to choose regulation is not coming/

Hi Suresh ,

Try one more check SPRO node "Define Plan Usage" .

Select plan activity for Process control in left side painel .

duble click on  line "PERF-CDASS" in right  side painel .

Verify the check box " Need Regulation " is set.

Open the Organisation and you can see "roles" tab. assign org level roles.

Please provide me clear information ,if possible provide me step by step.
