Cannot select menus, etc after logon

Hello,

Quite a strange one this.

I've done the necessary configuration to be able to log on to our SAP system using ITS/WEB GUI.

However, once I'm logged on, nothing works!  I can type in a transaction code but when I hit enter - nothing!

None of the menus do anything when I click on them.

If I try expand the SAP Menu, nothing.

Has anyone seen this before? Could be a browser issue but not sure.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hello Paul,

Can you confirm your SAP BASIS and Kernel version (and patch level) that you are using.

Check if the following notes are relevant

I have never seen that.

I seems a browser issue, could you check with another browser and let us know?
