Customize fields in VA01 one time cust Pop up

Hello,

When creating a Sales Order in VA01 a popup appears for one time customers. we have some fields mandatory and some like telephone and email are not. how do i make them mandatory so that users can be prompted to input in the pop-up?

i had tried customising in OBD2 but that leaves us in a situation where a new one-time account is created, it needs these fields which is not necessary as master data.

we only want to capture the details of the one-time customers on the pop-up

Hi

This can't be done through IMG. You have to do this using screen variant SHD0. I hope you know how to use SHD0 and if not then Google it. Its very simple and there are a lot links and documents available for this.
