PI Production IE is in red

Hi all,

I can see IE is in red

but there are no failed messages in SXMB_MONI & Message Monitoring

But I could see CCMS ststus under IE is red .can anyone help with this?

Hi Sahana,

You are having error on CCMS status which is responsible for alerting .

You do not have any message processing error on sxmb_moni/message monitor why because below status must be green ....

Can the SLD be reached  ...

Does the Integration Engine know the business system....

If above component having error then u will get error message on processing .

Error on CCMS status will not effect on message processing.

On status tab only you can find the details of different components of Integration Engine.. and corresponding details...

Hi,

CCMS is used to alert monitoring, may be you haven't configured it properly. Check this link Monitoring Using CCMS - Integration Engine - SAP Library

Hi,

It is red may be due to bad connectivity of CCMS or due to alert failure.
