Can 2007A PL 49 be upgraded directly to 9.0 PL 11

Dear Experts,

Can we do direct upgrade from 2007 A to 9.0 PL 11 . In the Patchreadme  If you are using a version prior to SAP Business One 9.0, you can upgrade it to SAP Business One 9.0 PL11 directly. But during the upgrade, the database is grayed out, marked not ready and the details is "Could not connect to database."

Does it mean that it is not possible to upgrade directly ?

Hi,

1. Not possible to upgrade directly. Refer SAP note 1993301 - Overview Note for SAP Business One 9.0 PL11 for required versions and PL.

2. If you are using a version prior to SAP Business One 9.0, you can upgrade it to SAP Business One 9.0 PL11 directly

My thought is 9.0 PL00 to PL10.
