text alignment problem in credit memo...

Hello Experts,

We have a problem when printing our credit memo because its text are not aligned.

When I checked the form, the details are printed on 1 line of a table namely

product code, particulars, entered quantity, received tower, unit price, amount and reason.

Originally, the product code is printed 1-2 space higher than it should be. So what I did

was to adjust the variable by moving it 1 space below in text editor. Now, what happened was that

all of the remaining columns to the right shifted to the left but I didnt do any modifications to it.

Here is what the original document looked like at first:

PRODUCT CODE: PARTICULARS E.QUANTITY R.QUANTITY UNIT PRICE REASON

1234567890

ENERVON 0 2.30 1,000

MILK

After I modified it, it looked like this:

PRODUCT CODE: PARTICULARS E.QUANTITY R.QUANTITY UNIT PRICE REASON

ENERVON

1234567890MILK 0 2.30 1,000

The fields to the right of product code shifted unexpectantly to the left therefore ignoring the cells

where its supposed to be printed. I checked its paragraph formats and it is right justified so how come it

ignored the cells and shifted to the left? Hope you can help me out here guys since this is urgent. Thank you very much

and take care!

I am not Clear with your doubt , but always make global changes and dont make manual changes in Text element level.

In paragraph Format always try to make use of LINE SPACING and Indents for a problem like this.

If it works, Kindly reward. Thx
