Hello,
I am an SD consultant learning about EM - my customer has EM deployed but the solutoin not really used - they are looking to re-deploy soon. They are currently using Z tables to support the relevance and extraction functions for the different event types - there has been talk here about replacing these Z tables with BRF plus. I would just like to know if this has been done by anyone and if it is a recommended approach to determine conditions for relevance and extraction and to support the rule sets themselves. If anyone could provide any information or papers on the topic I'd appreciate that, did not turn up anything via Google.
Thanks.. Al Galvez
Hi,
i don't know any project doing it right now. But thoughts in this direction are not new.
In principle it should be no problem to create one condition function and inside calling BRF+.
As you have all data available there you could just pass them to the BRF+ API. Should be no big thing on project basis to use it for conditions.
Best regards,
Steffen
