SAP Web Dispatcher (Internal vs External URLs)

Hi Experts!

We currently have an issue with our Web Dispatcher and I'd like to have something clarified regarding URLs used Internally (LAN) vs Externally (Public Internet).

We have a Web Dispatcher setup in our DMZ, we also have a SRM Portal that relies on the WD for routing the sessions. Most of the business processes such as RFx work when they are done externally when using the following sample URL:

https://webdispatchersrm.com/irj/portal

But when we try to do it inside the client's internal network, alot of the business processes won't work. We use the following URL:

webdispatchersrm.com:8100/irj/portal

Is there some sort of configuration that we must do in the WD to recognize internal and external queries?
