It is just EH 3 for SRM 7.0, Why is it called SRM 7.13?

Hi Hayashi,

From technical point of view, it is because of that EHP3 for SRM 7.0 is integrated with HANA database.

The same logic is for other products, such as SAP_APPL 617.
