Hi ESS Expert,
We have designed form for various Claim request and maintained in Configuration also.. but when when employee click on Print button for any request then system shows blank screen ..
I have attached screenshot also.
Do EP consultant has to maintain some configuration for this or any other config needs to be done.. ?

you have to install ACF files based on your versions in your desktops to open the forms.

We have done changes as per requirements and I have installed ACF exe also on my desktop, Now when i am selecting Print button then Form is getting displayed but system automatically starts ACF Trace screen also..
How to remove this screen ?
Once more doubt, as every user will use Print Button .. then How each will use this functionality.. ?
Do we have to communicate to client to install in each system .. or is there some other way ?
I have installed some files also as mentioned in Note

check in other browser or check printer settings in ur system
