Time management evaluation - information message

Hello all,

I have the following request from my users:

day 29.04.2014 - the employee register a presence for all day (=8hrs) in infotype 2002 and in that same day the system register the entrance and the exit of that employee in infotype 2011.

The request for my users is that in these situation the system should show a info message in time evaluation that inform HR that two resgisters at the same day.

What can I do to make this happend.

Hi   Ana,

In case absence system generates a message in TE10. Have a look "tolerances and error checks" in you schema to understnd how does it work.

I think you can write your own PCR to check attendance record and clock-in/out.

Are you looking just for full day attendance with clock-in/out? You can check it with VARSTPRSWD. Have a look help of VARST in PE04 for more information
