Past Planning period to be fixed in Datavie

Hi,

I am using 4 years Past and 2 years future in Dataview of a DP planning book.My requirement is Past period to be fixed as start week-01/2010 instead of 03/2010 as shown in the screenshot.It should not be rolling period.How to achieve this?

Hi Venkadesh,

You just need to add the planning start date in Data View settings.

Hi Venkadesh,

Go to the Planning Book and Data View Settings via t code /sapapo/sdp8b.

Go to the required data view i.e. "XYZ". At Time buck profile Id , there is one checkbox for INPUT.

Just un-select the checkbox the past period data view will be grayed out.

Just check the user exit for fixing the data .

The user exit is PDATE.
