How to check connection of Sales document type and movement type

Hello Experts,

Kindly help with this one. I am confuse.

I have a customize movement type....say S09 to be used for sales type service.

When I Post goods issue using VL0* tcodes the output is S09,,,

but when I retrace the configuration i cannot find it it

tcode VOV6 with the schedule line categories, the schedule line is still 601.

Because i need to create new Sales order type and new movement for service but I don't know where to start...

Please advise...

Dear Lyn:

The movement type is related to the Schedule Line, please check it in VOV6.

1 Add or change in the schedule line categories the movement type  in VOV6 (SPRO- Sales and distribution - Sales - Sales documents - Schedule lines - Define schedule line categories).

2 Assing the schedule line categories to the Item category  SPRO- Sales and distribution - Sales - Sales documents - Schedule lines - Assign schedule line categories).

Check it and revert
