Errors after fixpack installation

Hello experts,

after installing fixpack on java only instance we cant start the database any longer. No error entries where written into db2diag.log we receive only error

:db2tj3 58> db2start

SQL1042C  An unexpected system error occurred.

we´ve also followed up with note 1365982 for client/jdbc software and during this process some short entries in db2diag.log are written:

can you please run an instance update with db2iupdt  command  as root user ?  see

IBM DB2 9.5 Information Center for Linux, UNIX, and Windows

This was done but does not help. We now have done upgrade to 10.5.0003 and it works fine.
