Document Not Getting Added in Sales Order

hi

when i am posting sale order i am getting an error as could not commit Transaction :Error-1 detected during transaction 'G/L Accounts '(OACT)

Hi,

Your issue is most probably coming from a Transaction Notification or FMS.

There's a thread which  i once came across with similar issue and i cant find it anymore for whatever reason, maybe it was deleted.

Please try to delete and re-create the users with the problem..test with one user first then do the same for all problem users once certain. That should fix issue.

Hi Meghanath,

I think addon is blocking this transaction. Try to stop the Add on and add it.

If its work then you have to correct the addon.

after you i removed all the Transaction Notifications

you have to press F5 to save it

then you can try to add the document
