How is possible active the LOG in the field "E-MAIL" in XD02 transaction?

Hi,

Nowadays, in our system, in the XD02 transaction, the made changes in the field "E-MAIL" aren't recorded in the log table. We don't get view the LOG in the option ENVIROMENT --> FIELD CHANGES.

Are there a configration to active this log in this field?

Hi

If you are talking about this field SMTP_ADDR highlighted in below screen then I must tell you that system maintains its change log. If field has been changed then you need to click in this field and go to Environment >  Field Changes. How are you checking this change log?

This field (SMTP_ADDR) is not recorded in our system. Did you know any customization to active this LOG in this field?

Hi

This is SAP standard and we dont need to do anything to activate this field's change log. Could you please check in your system whether change log field is marked for this field or not. Press F1 in Email Address field and double click on data element and see in following screen.
