NWBC Shell is not being displayed

Hi All,

I'm new to NWBC.

We have moved our content from our Dev to QAS system and now when I launch NWBC the shell navigation areas are not being displayed.

They are not blank or white, they just are not even being included on the screen.

I have the content area but no way of navigating my menu structure.

This works correctly in Dev.

Are there configuration steps I need to apply to QAS?

My roles and users are set up in QAS as in Dev.

Any help appreciated.

You might get a better response from the space. Anyway, there are system specific settings that need to be done to enable NWBC. Have your basis admins done everything in QAS? See SAP note 1830798 and the provided attachment for instructions. In case all necessary steps have been done and it still doesn't work, provide a NWBC trace as an attachment.

Hi Rob,

all the required cofiguration steps on server side are collected here. Please check if everything is done in QAS as well - of course in addition to Samuli's suggestion.
